M Core Romania is the local subsidiary of M Core, a private British investment and commercial real estate management giant with over 35 years of experience at European level. Controlled by the family of British tycoon Caspar MacDonald-Hall, the group entered the Romanian market strongly at the end of 2023, through a record transaction of 219 million euros.
The company quickly established itself as the largest owner of retail parks in the country, managing an extensive portfolio of proximity shopping centers and M Park strip malls in dozens of Romanian cities (such as Bucharest, Arad, Suceava, Focșani or Slobozia).
